INDIA VERSUS PAKISTAN
It would not be a extent of coloring to state that the India-Pakistan rivalry in cricket is the most passionate in all of sports. Undoubtedly, it is more exciting than Australia-England – even though Ashes is the oldest contest in the sport.
Matches are seen as opportunities for negotiation between a volatile part of the world but contests between them have been scarce in the past decade.
Unfortunately, the difference between government relations and political parties ruin through the governing bodies with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) .
Since 2007 India not played any test series against Pakistan. The Indian government not allow India’s cricket team to play with Pakistan but the countries only meet in International Cricket Council (ICC) tournaments.
India’s sports minister Vijay Goel said last year that “cricket and terrorism can’t go hand in hand” that’s why Pakistani cricketers are not allowed to play in the Indian Premier League(IPL) which attracts cricket’s best talent annually.
During the Asia Cup, there was a double dose of India-Pakistan but the matches were disappointingly one-sided. India gained some revenge after being thrashed in the Champions Trophy in 2017 final .
Pakistan’s crowning achievement this millennium and a match that was one of the most obsessed in the sport’s history. A Bangladesh upset of Pakistan prevented a dream Asia Cup final between the furious rivals.
When the teams used to play bilateral series, the overwhelming emotion occasionally lost over dangerously prominently in kolkata in 1999 when 70,000 fans were disappointed after protesting an umpiring decision.
These days, the irritation between the fans have generally been pushed aside to underline the longing for a return of regular matches, which still seems a way off.
With cricket’s most compelling contest absent, the World Championship is on the back foot before it even begins. “As per the plan, those who didn't play in the first cycle would play in the next,” ICC chief executive Dave Richardson said recently. “I know India and Pakistan are talking along those lines. We will try to facilitate that.”

What is Cricket
Cricket is played with a bat and ball comprising of two sides with 11 players each. The field is elliptical with a rectangular area in the middle, known as the pitch, which is 22 yards by 10 feet wide. In the ground two sets of three sticks, called wickets, at each end of the pitch.
Origin
Cricket is believed to have begun in the 13th century as a game in which country boys bowled at a tree stump or at the hurdle gate into a sheep pen.
It consisted of a crossbar and two uprights. The bail is called crossbar and the entire gate a wicket.
In the early history manuscripts it differ’s about the size of the wicket, which is a third stump in the 1770s, but by 1706 the pitch was 22 yards long.
First Match
In 1646 the first cricket match was recorded in Kent,
In 1774 England, established the 'laws of cricket', and 1760 the world's first cricket club was formed.
Since 18th century cricket has been played in United states and the first formal clubs were formed later in the early 19th century. However, interest in the United States did not last and the game is now only played by independent clubs.
Weight of cricket ball
In the 17th century the ball remained same as a stone . Its modern weight is in between 5.5 and 5.75 ounces (156 and 163 grams) that was established in 1774.
Length of Bat
There is no doubt that a bat is made of a shaped like branch of a tree.
If the bowlers change the length of bowling then batsman straight the bat to defend it. The bat was shortened in the handle and straightened and broadened in the blade, which led to driving, cutting and forward play.
